Es segura Turquía para los inversores extranjeros?
Turquía anima a los empresarios españoles a invertir en el país
El viceprimer ministro de Turquía, Mehmet Simsek, ha mantenido este jueves un encuentro con empresarios españoles en la sede de CEOE para analizar la situación económica del país y presentar las oportunidades de negocio en sectores clave de Turquía
En 2015, un total de 8.000 empresas exportaron bienes a Turquía, país que se ha convertido en nuestro tercer mercado más importante fuera de la UE”, señaló González.
En este sentido, ha indicado que hay más de 100 empresas españolas implantadas en el país invirtiendo en sectores como la banca, los seguros, las infraestructuras, la ingeniería, el ferrocarril, la automoción o la energía. Tras nuestra experiencia, Turquía, Sí, merece la pena en varios sectores en los que los españoles somos muy buenos, los sectores como las infraestructuras, energía renovable, tecnología, sector hospitalario, ferroviario, servicios urbanos…
Dicho lo cual la pregunta es si invertir en este país desde un punto de vista legal es seguro. El marco jurídico es el siguiente :
- La ley de Ley de Inversiones Extranjeras Directas (IED) número 4875
- Los acuerdos bilaterales firmados con España para la promoción y la protección de las inversiones
- Tratados de prevención de la doble imposición
- Acuerdos de Seguridad Social
- Unión aduanera y acuerdos de libre comercio (ALC) firmado en 1996 con la UE
La legislación ha apoyado la igualdad de tratamiento de la inversión directa extranjera y existen muchas herramientas fiscales que permiten la exención de impuestos. En 2014 operaban en Turquía 39.100 empresas de capital extranjero.
Entre enero y julio de 2015 la afluencia de capital en IED a Turquía sumó unos 8,700 millones de euros, mientras que el capital neto extranjero rondó los 6,630 millones de euros durante el mismo período. El 63% de las inversiones procedieron de la Unión Europea, mientras que el 24% del total correspondieron a países de Asia.
Durante los siete primeros meses del año 2,534 empresas de capital extranjero se establecieron en Turquía, En lo que se refiere al mes de julio, 139 empresas extranjeras y 11 compañías de capital mixto se establecieron en el país. Fuente: ProEcuador
Podemos concluir que si, los inversores lo confirman, Turquía propicia la igualdad de tratamiento de las inversiones extranjeras aunque siguen desarrollando sus políticas para atraer mas empresas. Como país entre oriente y occidente merece la pena contar con proyectos allí.
